A mother of two driving on I-110 in Baton Rouge had to make an emergency stop when an East Baton Rouge Parish-City employee cutting grass on a city lawn mower swerved onto the interstate travel lane. The vehicle follwing the family was not able to react in time to the emergency stop and crashed into the rear of the family. The mother suffered severe injuries which included a fractcured tailbone that had be surgically removed. Lead attorney: John Tyler
